- How does flat-fee boat brokerage work?
- TMD Marine uses flat-fee seller arrangements for applicable listings instead of a percentage that climbs with the sale price. The fee and terms are agreed in writing before any work begins. - Where do you list and market boats?
- Published TMD listings appear on tmdmarine.com with professional photos, video walkthroughs, and full specs. Beyond that, each boat is marketed through the channels agreed with the seller, including TMD-owned digital and social channels where applicable.
- Do you handle survey, sea trial, and closing?
- We coordinate showings and sea trials, survey and haul-out scheduling, and closing and documentation with qualified third-party professionals as applicable to the transaction. You have one point of contact at TMD throughout.
- What should I expect before my boat is listed?
- We review the boat's details and condition notes, discuss valuation and asking price, agree on the scope of marketing and representation, and put the listing terms in writing before anything is published.
- What areas do you serve?
- TMD Marine is Alabama-based with a core service focus on coastal Alabama — Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, Perdido, Mobile, and Baldwin County. Inquiries about boats outside that area are discussed case by case.
