We are intentionally a mobile brokerage — we work directly where the boats are rather than from a retail storefront. Where flat-rate terms apply, they are agreed in writing before a listing goes live. See selling with TMD for how listings are structured.

TMD Marine represents customer-owned vessels as a brokerage. We do not take ownership of inventory, and we are not a dealership. TMD coordinates transaction steps — including escrow, title, tax, and documentation — with qualified third-party professionals as applicable to each transaction.
